Processing Orders

We process all our orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when we ship your order out to you. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or experiencing postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will then notify you via email. Thank you for being patient with us!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

After we process your order, please allow for 3-5 business days for your item(s) to ship. We ship domestically using USPS.

We follow a tiered-shipping system (based on approximate weight) to keep your shipping cost low, while being sustainable for us.

For example, if you order a single bag of Oonyall black tea (0.5 kg or 1.1 lbs), you will pay a shipping cost of $6. If you order a slightly larger order (say 2-4 bags), your shipping cost will be $11. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In addition to this, we offer free shipping on orders over $45!

Local delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders over $25 within a 10 mi radius of 78258, San Antonio, TX. For orders under $25, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We're a small team so we have only fulfill our local-orders between 8AM-7PM on Tue-Sat. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on this and stay tuned for future updates!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
