Iced Cardamom Chai with Honey Cinnamon Sesame Cold Foam

Directions

Making the Iced Cardamom Chai

1. Pour 1 cup water and 1 cup milk into a pot and boil over medium heat - let the milk froth and simmer a little. (3-4 min).

2. Add 3 tsp of Oonyall’s Cardamom Chai to the pot. Steep over medium heat (2-3 min).

3. Strain the chai. Add your preferred sweetener (optional). Let the chai cool off.

4. (Optional) we recommend that you refigerate the authentic cardamom chai overnight for best results.

Making the Honey Butter Sesame Cold Foam

1. Scoop 1-2 spoons of Beeyond Snack’s Honey Cinnamon Sesame Butter into a cup or jug.

2. Pour ¼ (whole) milk and ¼ heavy whipping cream into cup. Break up the butter into smaller chucks with a spoon.

3. Using a spoon or a milk frothier, stir the milk and butter until bubbles and foam start to appear.

4. (Optional) For best results, store in the fridge for at least a few hours to make the foam cold and thicker.

Combining the Cardamom Chai and Cold Foam

1. Take a glass and fill with ice - use large ice cubes!

2. Pour the cold chai into the glass. Leave some room at the top.

3. Then drizzle the cold foam on the top of the iced chai.
